Your challenge
1. Implementation and regular monitoring of the timeliness and effectiveness of crisis management at our locations.
2. Planning and implementation of crisis team training at the locations.
3. Monitoring and follow-up of preventive and corrective measures in crisis management.
4. Support of the global crisis team and active participation in crisis management in the event of an incident.
5. Coordinating the implementation of risk management in accordance with Group-wide guidelines.
6. Identification, assessment and monitoring of corporate risks in collaboration with relevant departments.
7. Coordinating the development & implementation of risk mitigation measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
8. Implementation and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
9. Preparation of various reports on the status of risk management and administration of the relevant risk and crisis management documents in the document management system.
10. Close cooperation and coordination with various stakeholders in the Group (e.g. crisis coordinators).
Your Profile
11. At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position.
12. Basic understanding of production companies.
13. Experience in risk or crisis management and in conducting training courses.
14. Strong communication skills and pronounced problem-solving ability.
15. Structured, conscientious and reliable way of working.
16. Fluent in English & German.
17. High IT affinity.

The monthly gross salary for this position is at least EUR 3,643.48 according to the collective agreement, depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
