Our Client is an All Seasons 4* Resort. In addition to the hotel, it also includes several restaurants, bars, clubs, catering, and other service companies.
They are constantly developing and the team is growing, and we are looking for new employees with joy and passion for their job.
To support their fantastic team of almost 70 people, we are now looking for reinforcement in the following position:
The hotel complex has 140 hotel beds in the center of the ski village of Königsleiten, Zillertal. The resort also includes an A la Carte Restaurant & Lounge with trendy cuisine in a special ambience, DJ sound on the terrace, and an Italian Restaurant with wood-fired pizza.
Requirements
* Culinary aficionado with a proven track record as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within 4-star hotels or upscale dining establishments.
* Knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferable, understanding traditional techniques, ingredients, and regional variations.
* Knowledge of International cuisine, bringing creativity and authenticity to a diverse range of culinary offerings.
* Experience in managing a la carte service, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and efficient execution.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multinational team.
* Proficiency in German is a strong asset, enabling clear communication and fostering teamwork.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Working hours: 48 h/per week on 6 working days + 1 day off basis
