Your responsibilities
1. Turning science into impact. Driving sustainable innovations.
2. Contribute scientific expertise from ongoing R&D projects in close collaboration with the project management team
3. Translate project requirements into structured lab tasks
4. Develop and optimize functional coatings for paper, with a strong focus on food contact applications
5. Plan, conduct, monitor and evaluate experimental work from lab scale to piloting
6. Perform literature and patent research on raw materials and technologies
7. Evaluate & test new raw materials and technologies with regards to functionality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance
8. Collaborate with external suppliers to identify and integrate new ingredients into the portfolio
Your profile
9. University degree (BSc or MSc) in (Polymer) Chemistry, Materials Science, Paper Technology, or a related field
10. At least 2 years of experience in industrial R&D
11. A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills and and organized way of working
12. Fluency in English, German skills are an advantage
