Finance Analyst - Austria and Europe
Key Responsibilities
Lush Austria
Ownership of all sales reporting: daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with commentary, covering sales performance, trends, business drivers, and product sales insight.
Production of monthly/annual reporting and maintenance of dashboards: sales, business drivers, staff costs, profit, and leagues.
Maintenance of the till system and scales, including product set-up and maintenance.
Stock reporting and support of stock management processes, such as inventory counts.
Support to the retail leadership team with price reviews.
Support to the shop budgeting and re‑forecasting process, covering sales and staff costs.
Project support related to sales initiatives or cost savings.
Ad‑hoc support to the finance manager in all aspects.
Europe
Ad‑hoc support to European markets on any of the above tasks, excluding till maintenance.
Support to the Retail Finance Business Partner in all aspects, including ad‑hoc pieces or regular reporting to wider operational managers.
Champion FP&A best practices and support delivery of operational efficiencies across all markets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong German and English skills are essential.
Recognised finance qualification is desirable; candidates with relevant experience and no qualification may also be considered.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
Strong Excel spreadsheet skills, including complex formulas; experience with Google Sheets preferred.
Analytically minded and able to work autonomously.
Culturally enthusiastic about Lush values and ethics.
Experience using commercial BI systems is preferred but not essential.
