Teamlead Product Management (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
1. You execute Market, trend as well as competitor analyses to drive product and market innovations
2. You manage our product database and product information and create the product portfolio matrix
3. You are in charge of managing the product portfolio (idea generation, development, launch, phase-out) with R&D and the design office
4. You offer product support for internal departments and conduct product trainings for all areas of AHT
5. You partially manage product updates, variations, modifications and redesigns
6. You participate in product optimizations and you coordinate cost optimization projects
7. You calculate project costs and steer the commercial preparation of project releases
8. You lead a small team of product managers
9. You are willing to travel up to 20% of your working time
YOUR PROFILE
10. You have completed technical or economic studies (BA, BSc) and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing company
11. You are familiar in leading professional projects
12. You have profound skills of the product life cycle process and analysis and profitability
13. Using MS office and SAP is not an issue for you
14. You have good communication skills and assertiveness, you are enthusiastic about your projects and have great sales skills
15. You are an entrepreneurial thinker with good leadership skills
16. You are fluent in German and English

For this position we pay an annual minimum gross salary of at least 56.000€. Your actual renumeration will be agreed on throughout the recruitment process.
