Essential requirements
* University degree or vocational training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
* Solid knowledge of German labor and social law
* Experience working with a Works Council
* Fluent in German and English
