Responsibilities
After a structured onboarding process that will prepare you for your responsibilities, you will take on a key role within our team and report directly to the management. Your tasks will be varied and will grow along with your experience:
* Ensuring smooth, group-wide digital invoicing for our locations in the D-A-CH region
* Coordinating with project managers to prepare the monthly rolling forecast
* Performing plausibility checks and reporting monthly closings as a key interface to the accounting team
* Preparing performance controlling and analyzing variances
* Calculating transfer prices within the group and supporting documentation requirements
* Preparing ongoing reports as well as ad-hoc analyses
* Contributing ideas for continuous process improvement
Your Skills
* Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on Controlling or an equivalent education
* Initial practical experience in Controlling
* Excellent MS Excel skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data
* Experience working with ERP systems, ideally BMD NTCS
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2 level)
* Proactive, solution-oriented personality with a structured and reliable working style
* You think outside the box and enjoy taking on responsibility

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as stated in the current IT collective agreement is €53,802 gross/year for this position.
