In this role, you will…
* Participate actively in the ideation and organization of research activities, learning from the team and contributing your research experience.
* Analyze and synthesize results using methods like textual analysis, empathy mapping, or experience journeys.
* Support the planning and execution of research projects.
* Work with our team to develop future recommendations based on research findings.
* Contribute to an amazing team and enjoy applying mixed methods across various projects.
We are looking for…
* A current student or graduate in design, design research, brand marketing, psychology, sociology, or ethnology.
* Someone with little to no professional experience in research or design but a strong interest in understanding the 'how' and 'why' behind a brand or product’s success.
* An open mind eager to experiment with research approaches, such as combining qualitative and quantitative methods, to understand brands or product lifecycles.
* Willingness to travel for research and workshops.
* Native German speaker or C2 level, fluent in English.
* Basic coding and data analysis skills are mandatory.
