* SUPPORTING... customers and technicians
* MAINTAINING... data and materials in SAP
* INTERFACE... between quality, engineering, purchasing, and aftermarket
* SUPPORT... of field service technicians and the customer service team
* CREATION... of delivery notes, quotes, invoices, repair orders
* SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed training (HTL) and several years of professional experience in customer service
* Understanding of technical processes and experience in the field of materials management
* Experience with SAP and proficiency in MS Office
* Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
* Interest in root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
* Independence paired with the ability to work in a team
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
