About Us
Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries.
We are now expanding our commercial presence in Austria and are looking for independent sales agents to build and manage our customer network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a portfolio of clients (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, fabrication companies, industrial facilities).
Promote our product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, decorative paints, floor coatings, wood coatings, etc.).
Identify new B2B leads and introduce Gen Boya to the Austrian market.
Conduct customer visits, manage follow-ups, and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare and submit quotations.
Report weekly sales activities (visits, offers, potential projects).
What We Are Looking For
Experience in coatings, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or B2B technical sales.
Existing customer network in Austria is a strong advantage.
Self-driven, independent, and goal-oriented personality.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work remotely and organize your own schedule.
German and/or English language skills.
