The Technical Service Product Expert (m/f/d) will be responsible for leading and creating a strategy for the Spare Parts Configurator (=SPC) project with the goal to execute parts scoping for engine maintenance events. This role will work closely with the Digital department to develop the SPC tool based on the business. This expert will have to report the project status periodically to the management, showing the results through tailored KPIs. In this position you will monitor the NPI projects to ensure that the SPC covers the latest engine configuration across all the engine platforms. Finally, you will deliver periodic trainings and provide updates to the SPC users base, collecting their requirements and feedback.

Your Responsibilities
* Lead the SPC project based on business requirements
* Work closely with the Digital department to develop the SPC tool
* Provide project requirements and constant feedback to the Digital Project Manager
* Create and maintain KPIs to monitor progress
* Provide periodic feedback to management on current project status and deliverables
* Act as global service representative in Digital and IT projects and work closely together with relevant functions
* Collaborate with Digital and IT functions to ensure product and process improvements are highlighted and prioritzed with a strong focus on service, immediate customer satisfaction and different regional requirements
* Work closely with the regional Work Preparators to align part lists to the real field practice
* Organize and deliver periodic trainings to all the SPC users and provide them constant updates on project status
Your Profile
* Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering or any relevant area
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital product management role
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
* High personal integrity and credibility with relevant functions and senior management
* Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style based on different organizational levels and departments
* Very good communication skills
* Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability in diving deeply in technical topics when necessary
* Excellent English skills, German is ideal
