Your role at Dynatrace
Our Strato Design System teams are responsible for building and maintaining a modern, powerful and easy to use Design System including a large React component library used by all of our Platform application. We’re striving to enable our external and internal Developers to build sophisticated apps on our platform.
Your Job Role:
* Your job as a Frontend Software Engineer is to build, maintain, and enhance React components for our Design System
* Support Platform developers in integrating the Design System into their apps
* Proactively participate in code reviews
* Optimize and enhance the performance and user experience of our Design System components
* Apply your know-how of frontend development
* Enjoy collaboration in an Agile way with your team in Linz and international teams across Europe
What will help you succeed
* Technical study in Computer Science or a similar field
* Strong experience in Software Engineering, developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
* Fundamental knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript
* Proficient with core web technologies like HTML and CSS
* Experience in Frontend Frameworks, especially React
* Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
* Interest in Design Systems and component libraries
* Proficient in writing automated tests; knowledge of Jest and Playwright is a plus
* UX/Design affinity and understanding are a big plus
* Team player with a proactive approach and high sensibility for quality
