We are seeking a committed and forward-thinking Clinical Governance and Risk Manager to lead and strengthen clinical governance, safety, and risk systems across the 60-bed Residential Aged Care and Home Care program.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with aged care regulations, driving continuous improvement, and guiding the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will also play a key role in embracing technology and innovation to enhance care outcomes, governance, and workforce capability.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor the clinical nursing and care team, ensuring excellence in care delivery and professional development.
* Oversee and continuously improve systems for clinical governance, quality assurance, and risk management across residential and home care.
* Conduct and oversee clinical incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive strategies.
* Engage with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders to build a culture of dignity, safety, openness, and accountability.
* Facilitate training, capability-building, and change management in line with aged care reforms.
* Embrace technology and innovative practices that improve care quality, safety, and service delivery.


About You

* Tertiary qualifications in nursing, health management, or aged care leadership.
* Proven experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and risk management.
* Strong skills in incident investigation, clinical risk management, and data-driven improvement.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills.
* Committed to resident dignity, choice, cultural safety, and clinical excellence.
* Willingness to embrace technology and innovation in care and governance.
