Position: Global Junior Data Industrial Engineer (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
* Join a motivated team to develop and expand the future strategy for external manufacturing of electronic circuit boards and complex modules with global EMS partners.
* Improve technical product data quality for PCBs & PCBAs across HBK locations and external manufacturers.
* Act as a key interface during the lifecycle management process between internal HBK units and global external EMS providers.
* Analyze data using industry standards and tools like IPC, JEDEC, DFx, ESD, and Lean methods such as 5S, Six Sigma, KANBAN.
* Contribute to process improvements and cost savings, with knowledge in SAP, PCB layout tools, and data structures.
* Manage small relocation projects and support global partner consolidation efforts.
* Facilitate communication between local HBK sites and global teams, improving the internal change control process.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Electronics Engineering or a comparable qualification, with experience in technical tasks, production planning, or project management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement methods, and industry standards.
* Enjoy designing and optimizing complex processes, with experience in CI & Lean methodologies and some leadership skills.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn new challenges.
* Experience working in international teams, flexible with travel, and fluent in German and English.
