Responsibilities and Qualifications
* You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
* Ideally you have professional experience in the reception area
* You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests
* You are characterized by independent work, flexibility and resilience
* Written and spoken German and English
* Any other foreign language is an advantage
* You are responsible for looking after our international guests
* Accepting bookings & inquiries
* You will be available to answer our guests' questions and provide information
* Invoicing and handling complaints are just as much a part of your job as cashier activities and preparing daily financial statements
* You communicate with the other departments in the hotel and pass on all necessary information
* You support the floor in the area of arrival checks
