The Position
As of now, we are looking for a Product Manager OTC Animal Health (RCV) to take on the strategic and operational management of a companion‑animal OTC portfolio within the Regional Center Vienna (RCV). In this regional role, you will shape portfolio strategies across multiple markets and work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Define and implement regional strategies for the OTC companion‑animal antiparasitic portfolio
Lead the regional roll‑out of OTC marketing, trade marketing, and activation initiatives across retail and OTC channels
Define and coordinate the regional media strategy in close alignment with Global Marketing and the country organizations
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and media performance to identify growth opportunities
Support the countries with clear strategic guidance, tools, and best practices to ensure strong local execution
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
Several years of experience in OTC marketing, brand management, or product management; ideally in animal health, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG
Strong understanding of OTC, retail, and media environments as well as consumer activation concepts; experience in coordinating regional marketing or media strategies within a matrix organization
Willingness to travel up to 40% within the RCV region and internationally to collaborate with country organizations and global stakeholders
Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Compensation
The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 83,250 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
