Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities
* Support the Housekeeping leadership in the organization and coordination of daily operations.
* Plan staff deployments and assignment of room cleaning in coordination with the team.
* Check rooms and public areas for cleanliness, completeness and quality.
* Ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards.
* Identify deficiencies, damages or missing inventory and initiate appropriate measures.
* Act as contact person for guest inquiries and for front desk requests.
* Work closely with the Front Office to release cleaned rooms in time.
Qualifications
* Completed training or several years of practical experience in Housekeeping or hospitality.
* Several years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating function.
* Knowledge of Housekeeping processes (rooms, public areas, laundry, materials).
* Experience collaborating with Front Office and other departments.
* Good German and English language skills.
* Experience with common hotel or housekeeping systems is an advantage.

This employment relationship is classified under the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2,400 for full‑time work. Overpayment depends on the qualification profile.
