This program offers an opportunity to establish a broad understanding of OMV’s Fuels & Feedstock business through targeted on-the-job experience and participation in sustainable energy projects. OMV’s Fuels & Feedstock division produces and sells fuels and feedstock for the chemical industry, operating refineries and filling stations. Support our ambitious goal of becoming a net-zero business by 2050 and help accelerate the transition from a linear to a circular economy.
You will learn from our experts and gain practical knowledge of our operations, technologies, processes, and projects through various trainings and hands-on experience. Additionally, you will build your network via job rotation and interactions with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze market developments, demand, and price trends to support the transformation of the Fuels & Feedstock business into a leading European producer of sustainable fuels and chemical feedstocks.
2. Evaluate technology pathways for the technical transformation of Fuels & Feedstock and monitor legislative developments, including the EU's Green Deal, assessing implications for the business.
3. Analyze the transformation project portfolio, derive insights, and provide management recommendations for portfolio decisions.
4. Identify relevant data sources, improve data collection processes, and implement IT solutions or databases.
5. Clean and prepare data for analysis, handling missing values to ensure accuracy.
6. Apply statistical tools to explore data, identify patterns, and uncover trends.
7. Create visual data representations such as charts and dashboards for stakeholder understanding.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and support policy and decision-making.
Your Profile
* University or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills, adaptable, and flexible.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly across organizational levels.
* Structured approach to teamwork across functions/divisions, with strong conceptual and flexible thinking skills.
* Ability to bridge digital, technical, and commercial teams, with strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and understanding of cost and result drivers.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
