To strengthen our customer service in Wolfurt, we are looking to fill the following position:
Your tasks
* As key account service for the US subsidiary of LTW you will be the main point of contact for the service departments of LTW USA and LTW AT
* Handling and management of all service related items between the U.S. service department and AT. Based at the headquarter in Wolfurt (AT)
* Representation of the US service team‘s interests in Austria for all new development and processes implemented
* Active involvement in the advancement, expansion and success of the service department in North America
* Capability to work independently and in an organized manner, along with proficient IT skills
Your profile
* Customer-oriented thinking combined with efficient problem-solving abilities
* Solving technical challenges requires training or several years of professional experience in a technical environment
* Very good intercultural competence, understanding of cultural differences, and enjoyment of interpersonal work
* Willingness to travel combined with extended stays in the USA
* Excellent English and German language skills are a fundamental requirement
