Team Leader - Customer Site Management (m/f/d) German Speaker The Team Leader - Customer Site Management (m/f/d) is responsible for leading the site management team to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations. At INNIO we offer you: * An innovative and international working environment * Health We Care Program - including company sport activities * Moving cost support for new employees in accordance with policy * Good connections to public transport - station in direct proximity * Transportation cost support in accordance with policy * One of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various meals * Attractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilities Your Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate, and develop the site management team to achieve operational excellence * Plan and schedule all site activities within the team, ensuring efficient resource allocation * Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular, constructive feedback * Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure high service quality and smooth workflows * Supervise field service scheduling, technician dispatch, and tooling management (including shipments, calibration, rentals, audits, and invoicing) * Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in close coordination with the project team * Provide technical support to the team, customers, and partners; lead root cause analysis and drive technical issue resolution * Organize and deliver training sessions for team members on processes, systems, and safety standards * Foster professional growth and career development within the team * Support and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction * Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for site operations * Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction * Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements * Conduct and participate in job interviews to select and onboard new team members Your Profile: * Educational background in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) * Experience in site management for power plant execution, including material management * Experience with products from INNIO and plant components * Performance-oriented personality * Proficiency in problem-solving * Good communication skills with people on construction site as well as executive level * Excellent German and English (writing and speaking), other languages as a plus * Strong negotiation skills * Team player with strong ability to motivate * Self-starter mentality and able to work independently * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally more than 50% (around the world) At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
