Tasks
* Supporting the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations
* Contributing to various HR projects, e.g., revising informational materials or updating the career page
* Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of internal HR content on the intranet
* Organizing and preparing HR events as well as external formats (e.g., job fairs)
* Taking on special topics depending on project needs and personal interests
Qualifications
* Ongoing studies in business, communications, psychology, or a related field
* Interest in HR, communications, and employer branding
* Structured, reliable, and independent working style
* Proficient in MS Office
* Excellent German skills and good English skills
* Strong organizational abilities, team orientation, and a hands-on mindset
