What you bring with you
* A completed training in hotel or restaurant management, or comparable qualifications.
* Professional experience in upscale service, ideally with initial sommelier knowledge.
* A confident and friendly demeanor, along with impeccable manners.
* In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and wines.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills when dealing with guests and colleagues.
* High stress resilience and flexibility to handle peak periods seamlessly.
* Good command of German; English skills are an advantage.
* Consistent hygiene awareness in line with operational guidelines and standards.

Your tasks
* Manage your own station and ensure the well-being of approximately 20–25 guests.
* Advise your guests professionally on food and beverages, offering well-grounded recommendations.
* Take orders and present them to your guests in style.
* Coordinate service operations smoothly and excel at filleting, carving, and flambéing dishes.
* Fulfill sommelier responsibilities by enhancing the guest experience with your wine expertise.
