Key Responsibilities
* Conduct business assurance assessments in line with current procedures and within authorised specialism.
* Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary or international assessment teams, ensuring timely and effective audits.
* Produce detailed and accurate assessment reports compliant with accreditation and internal quality requirements.
* Actively promote additional services and foster strong client relationships.
* Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
* Identify sales leads and refer them to relevant colleagues.
* Collect and share client feedback to drive improvement initiatives.
* Keep professional competence up to date (CPD, certifications, internal records).
* Coach and mentor new and developing auditors, contributing to internal training.
* Engage in broader organisational activities such as meetings, product development, and internal projects.
Qualifications
* A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject.
* Lead Auditor Qualification in ISO 27001 (Information Security Management).
* Qualifications to audit multiple major standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Experience
* In-depth understanding of management systems and business assurance principles.
* Familiarity with legal/regulatory frameworks relevant to sectors served.
* At least 2 years of third-party auditing experience.
* Strong project management skills and experience in complex technical assignments.
* Knowledge of full MSIS (Management Systems & Inspection Services) product suite.
* Understanding of client management and business development principles.
* Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to coach, lead, and motivate teams.
* Commercial awareness and consultative mindset.
* Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
