What You’ll Do
Production preparation engineer translates LVSA engineering output into structured, production‑ready manufacturing packages — ensuring that materials, routing, work instruction and documentation are fully prepared before assembly starts.
* Convert engineering design (eBOM) into manufacturing structure (mBOM).
* Define assembly routing, sequence, workstations and standard times.
* Prepare work instructions and production documentation.
* Ensure material readiness and kitting structure.
* Support capacity planning and workload estimation.
* Manage engineering changes in production data.
* Execute mechanical engineering for customized parts.
* Provide documentation for copper processing and sheet metal customization.
* Drive continuous improvement and standardization.
Qualifications
* Technical education (electrical or mechanical).
Skills
* Fluent German and basic English skills.
* Basic technical understanding.
* Problem solving skills and technical affinity.
* Confident in handling of MS Office & SAP or comparable ERP is an advantage.
* Structured and logical thinking.
* Proactiveness.
