The Falk Foundation e.V. is an independent platform for scientific exchange and further education in gastroenterology and hepatology.
Your tasks
* Support the overall success of the Falk Foundation (FF) by working alongside the Global FF team
* Local implementation and continuous improvement of FF Global Strategy and (digital) services in close coordination with the local team and best practice sharing with other affiliates
* Maintain existing and build new partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCP's) and other stakeholders
* Planning and coordination of the participation of local HCPs in international meetings (Medical Education Symposia, scientifically‑oriented Symposia and pre‑ & post symposium Workshops)
* Establish and manage the local FF faculty (HCP panel) and organize FF faculty meetings
* Develop and implement annual plans to achieve corporate business priorities, managing associated budgets to ensure targets are met
Your qualifications
* Degree in business studies / Marketing or natural sciences
* 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* High level of scientific expertise and communication of specialist knowledge
* Experience in tight collaboration with opinion leaders and the development of expert committees
* High quality standards and a high level of personal responsibility within a strong team of national and international interfaces, direct report to GM
* Precise and solution‑oriented way of working, hands‑on mentality
* High motivation to develop and drive forward innovative concepts
* Languages : fluent German, English written and oral
