Responsibilities:
1. Development of chemical additives for the wood-based panel industry (paper impregnation & fibreboard production)
2. Independent laboratory work (synthesis, formulation, application testing)
3. Optimization of existing product formulations
4. Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Sales and Process Chemistry
5. Documentation and presentation of test results and project progress
Qualifications:
6. Completed chemical education with formulation/project experience or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / related field
7. 2–3 years professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment
8. Very good German and English skills
9. Proficient use of MS Office
10. Strong hands-on laboratory mindset and teamwork orientation
11. High standards regarding safety, quality, efficiency and customer focus
