Would you like to join our MaxMara Vienna Store as Visual Merchandiser?

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand image at the sales outlets in line with company guidelines.


You’ll be in charge of:

* Creating shop window and merchandising displays in line with company guidelines and the requirements of the sales outlets;
* Supervising and monitoring the assigned sales outlets, ensuring compliance with brand image standards, maintaining constant contact with the assigned stores, both on-site and remotely;
* Training store personnel on the design choices related to Visual Merchandising and their realisation;
* Defining the visual elements and displays to tell brand stories and content consistent with the aesthetic standards of the brand through adequate and innovative technical solutions;
* Enhancing staff knowledge through appropriate off/online training activities. The main knowledge to be developed must include, by way of example, product display techniques;
* Supporting sales according to the daily targets.


If you:

* Passion for fashion
* Customer-oriented approach
* Expertise in Retail Sales
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Fluent in English and German language. Italian will be considered a plus.
