Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Pastry Chef!
Key Responsibilities:
Set up mis-en-place for all menu items
Prepare, cook, and consistently present desserts to meet hotel/restaurant standards, including staff meals as directed by senior chefs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Pastry Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining establishment
Excellent communication and organizational skills – essential for this fast-paced, dynamic role
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and occasionally early mornings
Fluent in either German or English
