Sales Manager Cybersecurity Europe (f/m/x), 80-100%


What's it all about?

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, identifying key customers, opportunities, and tactics to achieve business objectives.
* Lead regional sales efforts for cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
* Monitor industry trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and contribute to product development.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity topics in the assigned territory, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to customers.
* Identify, manage, and evaluate channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales performance.
* Collaborate with application engineers to deliver compelling product presentations and on-site demonstrations.
* Generate and support project-based business opportunities, including tenders and proposals.

What are we looking for?

* You have a technical education or relevant work experience in IT, cybersecurity, or engineering.
* You have experience in sales, ideally in the OT/IT cybersecurity or technology sector.
* You have experience in the electric utility sector.
* You are characterized by strong strategic competency with excellent technical sales and presentation skills.
* You have an innovative attitude, always seeking new ways to improve processes and outcomes.
* You have an excellent command of English and German.
* You enjoy traveling within Europe (up to 40% travel).
