I have an opportunity available for an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer to work with a client of mine based in Germany. Working on next-generation passenger aircraft, this vacancy offers the opportunity to work on emerging technologies within the Aerospace Sector. Some key information regarding the opportunity is as follows:
Rate/Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per annum (plus holiday pay etc) dependant on experience
Location: Munich, Germany
Duration: 9 months initially (possible extension)
Role Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and integrate avionics systems
* Create concepts and specify requirements for various onboard systems
* Assist in defining the avionics systems relating to engine monitoring
* Prepare Part 21 compliance documentation and other type design documents
* Act as the main technical contact for external suppliers
* Support qualification, ground, and flight test activities
* Develop technical solutions to in-service problems
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in the aerospace industry
* Experience in at least one new aircraft development program
* Familiarity with EASA Part 21J und CS-25/FAR 25
* Excellent English language skills
