The Role
We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who excel in craftsmanship, mechanics, and hands‑on problem‑solving to join our team as an RV/Campervan Technician at our Vienna Depot located near Schwechat. This role is critical to ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.
What Will You Work On?
Reporting directly to the local leader, your primary responsibility will be executing all processes and procedures related to maintaining the fleet, namely:
* Conduct systematic inspection of vehicles and diagnose problems in mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including:
o Preventive and corrective maintenance;
o Light bodywork repairs involving spare parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors);
o Campervan spare parts substitution and repairs;
o Campervan appliances troubleshooting and repairs;
o Maintain and develop relationships with external partners;
o Coordinate the execution of vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams;
o Maintain all vehicle information systems updated according to established procedures;
o Move campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities or other depots;
o Maintain depot equipment and spare parts organised and clean;
o Maintain spare parts inventory systems updated at all times.
* Support daily operations of the depot, including:
o Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers;
o Assist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check‑ins and check‑outs;
o Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organise them in storage area, register item consumption and new orders;
o Maintain depot equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot.
Who Are We Looking For?
* Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics technical or a similar program in the automotive industry (plus, not mandatory);
* At least 1+ years of experience with hands‑on mechanical and electrical repairs (plus, not mandatory);
* Available to work weekends and holidays;
* Valid driving licence;
* English (mandatory) and German (plus, not mandatory) communication skills.
