Tasks
Business Development / Hunter (~50%): Identify, contact, and win new decision-makers at agencies, brands, and companies, online, at trade fairs, and conferences. Convert warm inbound leads from our marketing engine and build your own outbound pipeline through existing clients and cold audiences.
Strategic Account Management (~30%): Manage a portfolio of existing accounts that we will hand over to you, strategically, developing relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. Focus on accounts with highest growth potential while maintaining strong client relationships.
Project Support (~20%): Support the project team on campaign execution during our current growth stage, staying connected to delivery and outcomes as we build dedicated operational structures. This ratio will decrease as we scale.
Shape Your Future Role: As we grow, you'll actively design how these responsibilities evolve. High performers will have the opportunity to specialize in Hunter/New Business or grow into Team Lead, building their own sales arm and defining the future sales structure.
