In this exciting and varied role, you will act as a Business Analyst at the interface between our internal HR teams, our Corporate IT and external partners. Within that you will play a key role in the global rollout of our new HR suite, helping to shape the future of HR across our ALPLA organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Building and maintain a strong business partnership between HR and IT by understanding strategic business goals and translating them into actionable solutions
2. Managing and prioritizing requirements: gathering, analyzing, and documenting new HR needs while considering the global IT landscape
3. Advising and guiding internal HR stakeholders with thoughtful, practical solutions
4. Supporting the implementation and global rollout of our HR suite, including taking ownership of a substream within the project
5. Collaborating closely with IT solution architects and HR experts to define and implement solutions
6. Supporting and continuously improving our HR systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs

7. Business economics background, ideally with professional experience in Human Resources
8. Analytical and conceptual skills, with a solid understanding of HR processes and how technology can support them
9. Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
10. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
