For more information, visit www.jaggaer.com What We're Looking For We are looking for a proactive Senior Account Manager to independently manage and grow our strategically important existing clients in the DACH region. In this role, you will act not as a traditional salesperson but as a Trusted Advisor who deeply understands the complex challenges our clients face. You will collaborate closely with them to develop sustainable solutions focused on supply chain management, quality assurance, and process optimization. • Independently manage and expand key accounts (upselling, cross-selling, and new business development) • Develop and implement strategic account plans in close coordination with internal departments • Analyse customers’ business processes and prepare decision-making proposals for management and specialist departments • Advise customers at eye level on topics such as supplier management, supply chain collaboration, and quality processes • Take responsibility for the entire sales process — from proposal preparation and contract negotiation to successful closing • Participate in tenders and represent the company at trade fairs, customer events, and industry conferences • Successfully completed a degree, ideally in business, engineering, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions (SaaS/software or process-oriented services) • Experience with business processes in procurement, supply chain, or quality assurance in industrial and manufacturing clients is an advantage • Strong consulting skills rather than pure sales: You are able to strategically understand customer needs and translate them into viable solutions • Analytical and strategic thinking combined with assertiveness and strong self-initiative • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% What We Offer: • We offer an international and professional working environment with a collaborative and inclusive culture. • You will benefit from flexible hybrid working arrangements, combining office presence and remote work to support different working styles. • Additional benefits include an annual Wiener Linien pass (job ticket), a daily meal allowance of €7, and various employee discounts. • We foster open communication and provide a modern office environment that supports collaboration and innovation. Compensation To ensure transparency and fair hiring practices, the minimum salary for this position is: €70.000 The minimum salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik) is €[70.000] gross per year (job family according to collective bargaining agreement: ST1), with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria such as relevant experience, skills, and job-related competencies.
