We are a growing hospitality group with hotels and workspaces in exciting locations across Europe, pursuing a Lean Luxury philosophy. This role leads operations at your property, supports a collaborative culture, and drives market-leading guest and team experiences.
Responsibilities
Represent your house and be the primary contact for your team, guests, external service providers, and partners in all matters
Build and develop a strong team, manage recruitment, onboarding, development, and maintain a positive working climate
Act as part of the team and lead by example
Monitor financials, adhere to budgets, perform forecasting and cost management
Identify trends, optimize processes, and stay ahead through strategic planning
Ensure compliance with regulations such as HACCP, occupational safety, and fire protection
Live and embody the Ruby Spirit and implement our style and quality standards
Maintain close collaboration with the Cluster Manager and relevant corporate departments
Qualifications
Completed training in hospitality or catering and/or a hotel/F&B management degree
Extensive experience in an operational leadership role in lifestyle hospitality / gastronomy
Strong POS, PMS, and business acumen knowledge
Motivating and charismatic leadership with authentic and loyal team leadership and teamwork
Warm, personable presence and excellent communication skills
Hands-on mentality with the ability to respond to guest needs gracefully
Fluent in German and English
