As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development. We are looking for quality-conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.
Skills & Qualifications
* Completed technical or business-related education
* Many years of professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry
* Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 2, AIAG, and Automotive Core Tools
* Confident demeanor and a high level of initiative
* Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
* Ensuring customer requirements and compliance with standards from the inquiry phase through to series production
* Participation in process and tool approvals as well as preparation of specifications (requirements specifications)
* Participation in project reviews and support of customer visits
* Planning and conducting audits as well as coordination of initial sampling
* Handling customer complaints during the project and pre-series phases, including initiation and tracking of corrective actions
