* Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks (buildings, outdoor areas, vehicles)
* Carry out renovation and repair work on buildings
* Support internal building moves and provide general assistance services
* Handle courier duties and shuttle services
* Act as a point of contact for all building‑related matters and collaborate closely with the facility management team

* Hold a completed education in a technical or trade‑related field, ideally with initial experience in building maintenance / facility management
* Demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation
* Work proactively as a hands‑on all‑rounder
* Show team spirit, flexibility, and a reliable working style
* Possess good MS Office skills and a valid Category B driver’s license
* Bring basic English skills and excellent German skills (considered an advantage)
