Senior Controller (all genders)
Planning & Tool Management
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group planning tool.
* Ensure high-quality planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Finance and Group functions.
Operational Controlling
* Develop and establish detailed operational controlling processes.
* Monitor and support the financial development of subsidiaries, including regular analysis and follow-up of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
Reporting & KPIs
* Provide management with reliable KPIs and decision-oriented reports.
* Drive transparency and strengthen financial steering across the Group to identify improvement opportunities.
Your Profile
* Studies of business administration or similar, specialization on Controlling is an advantage
* Several years of experience in a similar position, production background preferred
* Understanding of state‑of‑the‑art MGMT Reporting
* IT affinity and experience (MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.)))
* SAP-experience is a plus
* High analytical and communication skills
* Solution‑oriented approach with a strong hands‑on mentality
* Fluent in English and German
