Commis de Cuisine
to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will support the culinary team in the daily preparation and production of dishes, ensuring culinary excellence for an exceptional guest dining experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant is an advantage
Culinary diploma or relevant vocational training preferred
Basic knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques
Strong passion for gastronomy and willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment
Maintain excellent cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Adhere strictly to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards at all times
