Key Responsibilities
Franchise Growth & Expansion (Core Focus)
Reporting to the Head of Network Performance, your role is the development and execution of growth strategies to expand the franchise network throughout SA
Identify, qualify and onboard new franchise prospects - creating a strong pipeline and conversion strategy.
Drive market intelligence and competitor insights to inform expansion plans.
Performance & Support Leadership
Partner with franchise owners to identify performance improvement opportunities, recruitment and growth initiatives
Deliver coaching, guidance and tailored business support to help franchisees achieve objectives.
Track and report on key performance metrics to inform decisions and growth outcomes (revenue, listings, conversions, client satisfaction)
Act as an ambassador for the brand within industry and community networks
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to align growth and support strategies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and franchisee forums
About You
You’re a strategic, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in franchise, network development or business growth within the real estate industry. You bring:
Demonstrated experience driving growth outcomes - ideally within franchised, property, retail or service-oriented networks
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
Commercial acumen and a track record of turning insights into action
Real estate or franchise background is a strong advantage but not essential if you bring transferable growth leadership capability.
