We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior IT Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our Information Systems team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional IT support across our corporate offices, interstate branches, warehouses, and our nationwide dealer network.
About the Role
As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you’ll provide day-to-day Level 2 technical support, resolving incidents, escalating issues where necessary, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You’ll be the go-to point for escalations from Level 1 staff, while also supporting project work, driving process improvements, and enhancing the end-user experience.
This position requires a full-time, in-office presence five days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing Level 2 IT support to Mazda Australia staff and dealer networks.
* Resolving and escalating incidents within agreed SLAs.
* Supporting and mentoring Level 1 service desk staff.
* Managing hardware/software assets and maintaining system stability.
* Providing meeting room and video conferencing support.
* Liaising with vendors and external partners for seamless service delivery.
* Driving continuous service improvements and knowledge sharing.
* This role may occasionally involve interstate travel and participation in rostered shifts.
About you
You’re an IT professional with a strong background in technical support who thrives on solving complex issues and delivering outstanding customer service. With excellent communication skills, you can confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels, from staff to dealers and vendors.
To be successful, you will have
* A degree in IT or relevant industry experience.
* 5+ years in a similar Level 2 support role.
* Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune configuration, deployment and maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11 environments, networking technologies, and MS 365 troubleshooting, administration and configuration.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Logic Monitor).
* Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Vendor management and documentation skills.
Highly regarded (but not essential)
* Microsoft and Networking certifications.
* ITIL v4 Foundation.
* SharePoint Administration and Unified Communications experience.
