What will you do?
Lead, inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service and culinary creations.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiencies and quality standards are met.
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel like they are part of something special.
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising on quality.
Mentor and develop team members, nurturing their skills and talents.
A bit about you?
Proven track record of leading teams to success, with a focus on creating positive and supportive work environment.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management and inventory control.
Must have or be willing to obtain the following certificates: food safety/first aid, RSA, and be able to maintain it on an ongoing basis.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Willingness to sizzle during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure the success of our restaurants.
