We are seeking a skilled professional to lead global HR implementations and ensure structured communication across internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple workstreams to implement HR IT systems and interfaces
* Promote effective collaboration and communication among various stakeholders
* Apply project management methodologies to manage scope, timelines, and budgets while adhering to governance standards
* Identify risks proactively, resolve issues effectively, and deliver clear project updates to stakeholders and steering committees
Requirements:
* Completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
* Experience in project management of HR IT projects in a corporate or matrix organization
* Solid understanding of project management methodology (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2); experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English skills; German skills are a plus
