Your Responsibilities
* Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Events Sales departments
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and overall business success, including distribution and marketing initiatives
* Monitor and report on sales activities and performance
* Plan and conclude corporate agreements
* Execute and document sales activities
* Represent the hotel at trade fairs and client events
* Maintain and expand client relationships and manage key accounts in the region
* Contribute to the budget and forecasting processes
* Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team through training and coaching
What You Bring
* Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
* Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident and engaging presence
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience
* Customer- and service-oriented mindset
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset
