As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the architectural backbone of our Sales and Marketing engine. You will own the full-funnel tracking for both ourâŻSDR and AE models, ensuring every interaction is captured, optimized, and turned into actionable data.
Full-Funnel Tracking & Infrastructure
* Set up and manage end-to-end tracking across the entire customer journey (Marketing to Sales to CS).
* Administer and integrate our core tool stack: HubSpot, Clay, Stripe, Webflow, and Google Tracking.
Process Automation & Optimization
* Design and implement scalable processes for our SDR (outbound/inbound) and AE (closing) models.
* Continuously identify bottlenecks in the funnel and optimize conversion rates.
Data Generation & Reporting
* Generate reliable data models to support data-driven decision making.
* Create transparent dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Management.

* Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Experience with our tech stack: HubSpot, Clay, Stripe, Webflow, and Google Tracking.
* Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear processes.
* Handsâon mentality: you can build strategies but also execute them in the tools.
* Very good German and English skills.
