JOIN OUR TEAM
Join our Sales Operations Team as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (F/M/X) and help us deliver an outstanding experience to customers across Europe!
In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated six-person team managing customer support and order processing for our European customers.
With your strong attention to detail and commitment to service, you’ll make sure our customers receive exactly what they need – reliably and on time.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide professional and reliable after-sales support to our wholesale customers across Europe
2. Proactively identify customer needs and ensure outstanding service by responding quickly and effectively to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting smooth order processing and on-time delivery
3. Support our internal sales team and external sales agents in their daily interactions with retailers – including order books, master data, B2B portal support, and account status updates
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and collaboration
5. Communicate confidently and appropriately across different languages and business cultures – by phone and email
What You Ideally Bring With You
1. You’re fluent in English and German – any additional European language is a plus
2. You have strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
3. You enjoy helping others and have a solution-oriented, service-first mindset
4. You’re flexible and stay calm when priorities shift
5. You work reliably and with great attention to detail
6. You’re confident using Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP systems is a bonus
7. You have previous experience in customer service or a similar role
8. A connection to the sports or outdoor industry is nice to have – but not a must
