Looking for an opportunity to learn, improve, face challenges, and become an integral part of the product team of a fast-growing startup? As a Product Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping our products and driving meaningful impact for our customers.
YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
* Passion for mobile & web technology, with a strong interest in photo/printing/blogging apps
* 4+ years of experience in product management, in digital products, or app development.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.
* Excellent understanding of UX design principles and the ability to work with UI/UX.
* A self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Able to work with and prototype in Figma, to bring your product concept to life.
* Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining a strategic outlook and diving into the details when needed.
* A team player who inspires and motivates others to achieve their best work.
* You’re constantly learning, open to feedback, and ready to challenge the status quo.
* EU citizenship or a valid work visa for Austria (we’re unable to provide sponsorship at this time).
* Willingness to relocate to Vienna or already based here—because who wouldn’t want to live in the world’s most liveable city?

* Take ownership of our product development process and guide a cross-functional team to success.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and market landscape to stay ahead of the competition.
* Collaborate closely with other teams to define OKRs and set ambitious yet achievable product milestones.
* Identify opportunities for improvements based on customer insights, market trends, and company goals.
* Plan and document features and experiments to continuously optimize our product.
* Work with designers to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.
* Partner with engineers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and estimate efforts.
* Drive product implementation, track progress, and analyze outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
* Have a strong focus on product vision, being the advocate for your product area.
* Align this product vision with business objectives and champion it across the company.
