We are looking for a Project Manager Tuning Center KBC (f/m/d) to support and drive projects within our organization. In this role, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure smooth project execution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. The position is based at our Köstendorf location. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Planning, managing and implementing projects whilst meeting time, cost and quality targets Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external partners and defining project objectives, milestones and resources Managing risks and opportunities within projects Providing regular reports to stakeholders and management Ensuring transparent communication between all project participants and optimizing existing project management processes and methods YOUR QUALIFICATIONS University degree in a technical or business field with knowledge of coaching methods and experience in performing (project) coaching Min. 2 years of experience in the management of complex projects, project certifications advantageous (e.g. PMI "PMP") Strong communicator, facilitator, and moderator (able to build bridges) Enjoys working in an intercultural and global team Business English is mandatory WHAT WE OFFER Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home Further training and international career opportunities Corporate health management "PALfit" Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment.
