We have developed a frictionless, 100% web-based QR booking system that eliminates the need for tenants to download clunky apps to access shared amenities (gyms, meeting rooms, laundry, etc.). Our mission is to cure \"App Fatigue\" in residential and commercial properties.
About the Role
As we prepare for our major US rollout, we are establishing a US Advisory Board. We are looking for experienced Property Managers, Community Managers, and Facility Directors to test our platform in real-world environments and provide strategic feedback on our product roadmap.
This is a fractional/part-time advisory role designed to fit seamlessly around your current full-time management position.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement the DIBS QR-booking beta in one of your current properties to evaluate tenant adoption rates (setup takes less than 10 minutes).
* Monitor usage and provide monthly feedback to our European product team via brief strategy calls.
* Advise on US-specific market needs, feature requests, and pain points regarding facility management software.
Who You Are
* Currently managing a multi-family residential building, student housing, or coworking space in the United States.
* Forward-thinking and frustrated with the friction caused by traditional amenity booking apps, lost passwords, and constant support tickets.
* Passionate about improving tenant/member experience through simple technology.
