Service Sales Manager (m/w/d) – SKE Engineering GmbH

Your role at SKE
* Analyze and recognize market potential for Service Sales Solutions focused on complex C&I and utility solutions.
* Develop a roadmap to set up an internal organization addressing those customers’ needs, including potential gains and necessary investments.
* Define a fully digitalised workflow from offer process to billing and lead its implementation.
* Lead the implementation of this new additional service segment, including offer planning, pricing planning, administrative set‑up in the supply chain, and assignment of IT resources.
* Actively source potential partners in Austria and internationally.
* Become the preferred point of contact for our existing and future customers when it comes to service solutions.
* Develop and maintain the interface to international sales/supply chain/service and partner teams, defining the collaboration model and related data interface.
* Train and supervise a team of Commissioning‑ and Service‑Engineers in site solution analysis, pre‑commissioning, and related communications internally and externally.
* Collect requirements, define the demanded equipment and tooling, and manage its international toll‑out.
* Manage international Commissioning Experts within service execution and derive proper KPI, result, and sales reporting, including improvement proposals.
What Will Help You Succeed
* Bachelor’s degree or completed HTL in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
* Solid experience in photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage.
* Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
* Experience working with grid operators (advantage).
* Expertise in technical support, preferably in the photovoltaic industry (advantage).
* German and English knowledge level B2 required.
